When this whole process started, I was so nervous. I thought there’s no way I can convey my thoughts and wishes over a phone or through email and come up with a plan that works for my Huge family. Laura Dowds was so nice and helpful. Her extreme patience and understanding is key on walking you though this process.  I would definitely recommend.
